-Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

-Custom or personalized items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Defective Items

-If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

-After assessment, we will provide a replacement item free of charge.

-Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.

-For Australian customers, this policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

* A description of the issue

We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

-We do not cover:

* Normal wear and tear

* Tarnishing due to improper care

* Damage caused by misuse, impact, or water exposure

* Lost or stolen items

Processing Time

-Approved replacements will be processed within 35 business days.
